1. Overview

aybee is a beauty booking platform operated by WILLDCARD PTE. LTD. (a Singapore company, hereinafter "Company"), connecting Korean beauty shops with customers worldwide. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

  • Search and book Korean beauty shops (lash, spa, hair, nail, etc.)
  • Online payment via credit/debit card (Stripe) and points
  • Real-time chat between customers and shops (with AI translation)
  • Points earned and redeemable across the platform
  • Booking transfer marketplace
  • Reviews and ratings
  • Support in 6 languages: Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese

3. Account Registration

  • You may sign up via email or social login (Google, LINE, Kakao, etc.).
  • You must provide accurate information. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.
  • Your account is personal and may not be shared or transferred.

4. Bookings and Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed after shop approval.
  • Payment methods: credit/debit card (Stripe), points, or pay at shop.
  • Cancellation and refund terms are set by each shop.
  • Default cancellation policy: 100% refund 7+ days before, 50% refund 3–7 days before, no refund under 3 days.
  • A 5% platform commission is deducted from shop settlements at payout.

5. Points

  • Points are earned through completed bookings, events, and profile completion.
  • Points can be used like cash within the platform but cannot be converted to cash.
  • Points expire or are forfeited upon account deletion.

6. Marketplace (Booking Transfers)

  • You may list a confirmed booking for transfer to another user.
  • Bookings marked non-transferable cannot be listed.
  • A 5% platform fee applies to marketplace transactions.
  • Fraudulent listings will result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited:

  • Fake bookings, false reviews, or misleading information
  • Unauthorized collection of other users' personal data
  • Disrupting the platform's normal operation
  • Using automated tools to abuse the service
  • Harassment, threats, or defamation of shops or users
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws

8. Account Suspension

  • Warning: First violation — written warning issued.
  • Temporary suspension: Repeated violations — 7-day access restriction.
  • Permanent ban: Serious or 3+ violations — permanent account suspension.
  • 3+ no-shows or 5+ cancellations within 30 days may also trigger restrictions.

9. Reviews

  • Reviews must reflect genuine personal experience.
  • False or inappropriate reviews may be removed.
  • Shops may respond to reviews.

10. Disclaimer

  • The Company is not directly responsible for the quality of services provided by individual shops.
  • The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, wars, etc.).

11. Account Deletion

  • You may delete your account at any time from the settings menu.
  • Personal data is deleted immediately upon account deletion, except where legally required to retain.
  • Unused points are forfeited upon deletion.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, jurisdiction lies with the Seoul Central District Court.
